Who

Ølfabrikken was founded in December 2004, and the brewery was initially located in Tisvildeleje. In May 2007 the production moved to the production address of GourmetBryggeriet in Roskilde.

Here the production and development of Ølfabrikken’s products takes place by the skilled brewmasters from Gourmetbryggeriet.
